Return a helpful error message when Bitbucket repos can't be found

Previously, repositories being misisng from the Bitbucket server were
interpreted as a file not found error. This issue has been fixed.
Attempted to add a non-existant repository; got a message that it did
not exist instead of an error about a missing file.
