Alter style to support .editicon being an <a/> tag

In review #773, I've changed the .editicon image to an <a> tag to allow it to be focused and clicked via Enter, so I've shuffled the style around to accommodate.
Tested with Firefox 3.0.5 and Firefox trunk.
