Introduce Backbone.js and Underscore.js as dependencies. We now provide a 3rdparty.min.js pipeline bundle that includes Backbone.js and Underscore.js as dependencies. We'll be using this for parts of the new JavaScript codebase.
Pages still work. Nothing big changed.
