I noticed then when a screenshot comment was added, I could not change the body-top and body-bottom of the review, and also, the publish button wouldn't work while editing the review. This was caused by a javascript error due to the missing 'issue opened' checkbox for the screenshot comment. 

Also, file attachment comments don't appear in the draft. Shouldn't we add them as well?
