Bug fix: Drafts for submitted/discarded requests are not displayed correctly
Review Request #3090 — Created April 30, 2012 and submitted
This is one alternative fix for Issue 1925. I thought that displaying both labels (draft and submitted/discarded) would give the user a clearer picture of the state of requests. I'm not sure this is the expected behaviour, though. (another option would be automatically re-opening a request once it has been modified).
