All these contain a bunch of the same files. They really need to be split up, and you need to make effective use of parent diffs and individual commits.

Also, all the files for the various dependencies we can install need to be in some other namespace. They can't be in things like scmtools, since they're not part of that. Rather, you should have an installer directory and put them all in there.

Filenames should all be lowercase. No uppercase.
