Polish the user page.

This adds some polish to the user page to make it a bit more clean.

First, the title now lists the user's name instead of "My Page."

Second, the sidebar has been organized to be less wordy, and to look closer
to the user info hover bubble. The labels are gone (except for "Groups"),
the sizes have changed, and the links are blue and underlined.

The e-mail address isn't shown anymore if the user isn't logged in. Same
with the info bubble.

And finally, there's a style fix for the info bubble, where the "Joined"
text was the wrong size.
Checked the user page. It looked like how I wanted it.

The user info bubble looks correct now too.

  1. Well. I will vote for the sidebar with previous look. Looks more clear.

  1. Looks good. Christian O'Hammond?
    1. I was testing a bug involving escaped entities in names at one point and just never put it back.

What are your opinions on the old design (with the labels) vs. the new one?
    2. I think the old design looks very programmer-ish. Everything is the same size, with the same label. I don't think there's anything on that page that isn't just as obvious in the new design.
