    Hi,

The perforce server in my company doesn't allow p4 password to login and only accept p4 ticket. So I modified perforce.py script to use p4 ticket instead of p4 password.
The flag to use the ticket is hard corded so far because I don't have enough time and knowledge to implement it in web UI.

Could someone review this modification?
I hope future version of Review Board support p4 ticket officially.
