Description

Changes submitter column in dashboard and other data grids to show full name instead of username, when possible.
In most places full names are already used in RB; plus it especially helps in corporate environments where people use numerical usernames.

Testing Done

Manually verified that full usernames are displayed.

Can you add a screenshot of what this looks like? I'm afraid it might get cluttered...

I'd be much happier if this introduced a new, optional column, that displays the full name.

IMHO it doesn't make things more cluttered as the name is forced onto a single line and has a different background color than the date columns next to it (in default layout).
Is it ok or should I make a new column?
