Give screenshot viewer a named URL, and add review summary header some TemplateHook points

My statistics extension needs to render some JS if we're looking at the screenshot viewer, and so we need to give the screenshot viewer a named URL so that TemplateHook can apply to it. I also need the review summary hook points for displaying the reviewing time.
Manual. Works with my extensions.
