This patch fix two thinks:
1) Make rbtools compatible with fixed version of difflib http://bugs.python.org/issue2142
2) Fix workaround for difflib to proper implementation

Please wait with this for a moment. I noticed some problems with malformed diffs today :/ I don't know why because I test this change since 1 month :| I will check this and send one more time.

It is fine for now. I still working on entire new post-review Clear Case implementation. When it will be done I send it to review. But thanks for submitting my changes because it is better then nothing for now.
