Add a resize grip to the comment dialog.

The bottom-right resize border can be tricky to hit, given its small size and
promixity to the bottom and right resize borders. This change introduces a
grip to ease resizing. It makes it easier to resize, and also makes it more
obvious that you can resize at all.

Tested the resize grip. Works fine.
