Description

When the install wizard moves Personal Access Token repositories onto a
GitHub App installation account, the repositories now also switch to the
'app' repository plan. The old plan-specific fields are removed and
replaced with the app repository name and the canonical owner/name keys,
using the installation's username as the owner.

Ran unit tests.
