Modernize the Remove API Token confirmation dialog.
Review Request #15344 — Created Sept. 24, 2026 and updated
This updates the Remove button on the Remove confirmation dialog on the
API tokens page to use the modernshowConfirmDialog. It just offers a
bit of cleanup to keep the UI consistent.
Tested the confirmation dialog and used it to remove tokens.
