Description

The new setting for enabling spell checking, dictation, AI assistants,
etc. in Markdown-enabled fields was artificially limited, just referring
to spell checking. This change updates that label and help text to be
more comprehensive, and fixes the documentation to match.

Testing Done

Verified the label in the UI.

I feel like this is a bit long. I've been thinking we should just brand this as Writing Assistance. With that, "Enable writing assistance for Markdown text fields". Makes it easier to refer to this.
