Provide --revision-range option for ClearCase

This simple change allow pass revision ranges for ClearCase. But we must prepare this changeset before for example by external script.
This case of behavior is extremely frequent in ClearCase environment because of ClearCase - ClearQuest integration where set of changes are kept in ClearQuest (not in repository)
Program was run with exampled changeset passed as --revision-range and review was post correctly.
