Links or bugs in review comments are not linkified while this is enabled for most fields.  I added the reviewtext class to the <pre> tag as done for the other comment types.

I also fixed some minor html errors as reported by Google Chrome Developer Tools.

Verified that links and bugs are properly linked for comments.

Verified that page could be loaded without any error reported by the Developer Tools.

(I still see warnings of the type: Resource interpreted as script but transferred with MIME type text/html, but this another issue.)
