This release focuses on compatibility fixes and workarounds, dark mode
improvements, and a great many mobile improvements. There are also
performance improvements, new extensibility options, bug fixes, and
more.

Testing Done

Built the docs. Checked for spelling issues, bad links, and build
errors.

We need to add stuff for the two changes I just landed:

The "watched" list resource was crashing outright.
Fixed crashes when unable to decrypt repository passwords because of a changed SECRET_KEY
Fixed display of authentication errors with SVN repositories.
