This release largely focuses on patching fixes and improvements, with
a whole new patching API. Along with this, we've re-introduced and
improved upon the old TREES configuration, and added strict-domain
cookies.

Testing Done

Built the docs. Checked for spelling and build errors. Tested the
references and links.
