This updates our docs for Power Pack's new document review. This mostly just
removes references to "PDF document review" and adds a plug for Power Pack's
enhanced document in our docs for reviewing file attachments.

Built the docs and tested that the newly added links will work.

If so, then this applies elsewhere as well.

I'd like to break this up a bit.

Power Pack should get its own paragraph, and we should call out the document types that are supported. I think this might be best as a "tip" admonition, using bullet points to list out:

      • Microsoft Office documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      • LibreOffice/OpenOffice documents
      • PDF documents

And then a Learn More link.

This will help draw the eyes to it, and help with search indexing.

The extension blurb should also be a separate paragraph.
