This adds a section to the rbt status docs that covers the new
--json parameter. This documents the success and error schemas, shows
off usage for both, and briefly talks about customizing the approval
information returned in the payloads.

Testing Done

Built the docs. Checked for build errors, spelling errors, and link
errors.
