Description

The MyAccountViewTests were checking for the presence of forms when
displaying only the PrivacyPage. We now test pages instead and only
check for visible pages.

Testing Done

Ran unit tests.
Ran unit tests inside RBCommons.

flake8 passed.

JSHint passed.
