Fix up some outdated examples in the extension documentation.

There's some example code that's showing some outdated examples for file
contents and URL names, which are just going to cause problems going
forward. This change fixes those up to reflect the modern way of doing
things.
Built the docs and checked the new examples to make sure they looked
correct.
