Add review bot tool for clang-tidy
Review Request #9646 — Created Feb. 16, 2018 and discarded
This bot provides a prepare step to let the user generate the required compilation database and initialise the build environment that is necessary for clang-tidy to find any includes and dependencies. After that clang-tidy will be called to analyse the files.
