Add new hosting services to the fake Power Pack list.

Power Pack now includes support for a few more hosting services, so we
should include them in the list to help guide people to the right place.
Loaded the "Add Repository" form without Power Pack installed or
configured. Saw the fake hosting services and the correct messages
therein. Enabled and licensed Power Pack, and saw them replaced with the
actual tools.
