None of the other tool documentation pages have a section like this. It seems to me like it's likely to get out of sync with the actual code.
In the cases of tools with complex needs (like PMD), we do have a "Configuration" section that describes configuration steps. Otherwise we should just try to make sure the UI is as clear as possible.
