Several modules have been introduced that haven't yet been added to the

code reference part of the documentation, preventing those modules from

being cross-referenced. This moves those modules and fixes a handful of

errors found in the codebase (including an obscure highlighting issue

with "whitespace" followed by a period).

Built the docs. No longer saw the errors. Verified that all the new

cross-references from the release notes worked.
