This covers all the new features and cleanups in beta 2, of which there

are many. Highlights include OAuth2 support in the API, new form widgets

and improvements, log blacklisting, Python-Markdown 2.6 compatibility,

new class-based view mixins, login and API rate limiting, and a

multitude of new options and fixes.

Built the docs and tested all links (along with an upcoming change to fix

issues in the coderef docs).
