Improve rendering of list edit widget
Review Request #9008 — Created June 10, 2017 and submitted
The add item link is now a button with text to make it more
user-friendly. In addition, the remove item links now are all valid
links and render with a cursor pointer, as well has having the title
attribute even when being added from JS.
Tested with Review Board.
