This release focuses on performance improvements, bug fixes, and some
compatibility features. Some of the highlights are the diff viewer
optimizations, LDAP fixes, Perforce ticket and file existence check
improvements, and better support for touchscreens.

Testing Done

Built the docs and made sure they rendered right.

Tested that all links were correct.

Checked for spelling errors.
