This is a modification of perforce post-review Python script.  It performs the same actions, but the automation is for SVN, using the SVN tools.

It may be that we want to have some sort of Review Board client binding, and, in fact, I have enough scripts that need to talk to it that I think I will write this binding.  In the meantime, this script makes the playing field level for SVN users.

This is a version used on our source trees, however, I have removed a few house-specific features from the diff, which may have introduced bugs.
