Description

Here is a working virtual host configuration for Apache2 using mod_python.  It seems to serve everything correctly and fast.

While an example configuration file is included for FCGI, this would allow users who want to use mod_python to get started more easily.

Testing Done

Currently running our Review Board server and serving static files, Review Board pages, and the Django admin pages correctly.
