This makes two changes to the mobile hamburger menu (mmm, hamburgers):

"label" items are no longer indented. It seems silly to me to indent these

  given that they're already sectioned so nicely, and the misalignment was

  really bothering me.
Sections which are the first child no longer have a top margin.

Used these for some RBCommons stuff.
