Make some small style tweaks to the mobile menus.

This makes two changes to the mobile hamburger menu (mmm, hamburgers):
- "label" items are no longer indented. It seems silly to me to indent these
given that they're already sectioned so nicely, and the misalignment was
really bothering me. - Sections which are the first child no longer have a top margin.
Used these for some RBCommons stuff.
