Filter the "All Status Reports" view to only show active groups.

The current "All Status Reports" list was showing all status report due dates,
even those for previous semesters. This now filters them by which groups are
shown.
Looked at the list and saw that it was empty. Flipped the conditional and saw
previous semester's status report due dates.
