This adds all the new changes that have come in for 2.5, along with
those scheduled for 2.0.21 that haven't been released yet.

Not sure if you wanted to update it again, but a few last minute commits landed on 2.0.x before you updated the notes, and I don't think they're in there:

I saw those but left them out. Might be worth having the extension one, but the other isn't something anyone other than contributors will care too much about.

We had a deadline to get a build out to a partner by today, and they have it and have packaged it now, so 2.5 is now set in stone.
