What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select "New review request"
2. select a repository on the left
3. choose branch from combo box in center
4. select already committed change
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: New review request is created and default reviewers are added.
Instead, the new review request ist created without any attached reviewers. I have to add the correct groups myself.
What operating system are you using? What browser?

Debian 7.8 (wheezy), Apache 2.2, Python 2.7.3

The default reviewers are configured correctly since it works without any problems, when I post a patch file instead.
Maybe it's also possible to prefill the branch field of the new review request when choosing an already committed change. The branch was already selected from the combo box on the "new review request" page.
