The reviewboard-version.db is sometimes created in a relative path, which will cause errors when unlinking temporary directories.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
This occurs when using the rb-vm-dev environment.

The default template (/contrib/conf/settings_local.py.tmpl) should be edited to reflect a more sane default.
