Add .travis.yml

This patch adds a configuration file for Travis CI. The current
configuration will run tests on Python 2.6 and 2.7 with all supported
databases (sqlite, Postgres, MySQL+MYISAM, MySQL+INNODB).
Tests passing successfully on my fork at
https://travis-ci.org/brennie/django-evolution
