Description

We heard from a user who has repeatedly been receiving some odd bounce
e-mails from Exchange. This may be the result of someone's client
attempting an auto-response with a read receipt or delivery
notification.

These headers should disable this behavior in Exchange, hopefully
putting an end to those pesky e-mails.

Testing Done

Unit tests pass. This has not been tested in production yet.
