Add an override for djblets' fontawesome.html template.

We load Font Awesome on all pages through our static media bundles, so there's
no need to include it from the CDN. This adds an empty template to override the
one from djblets.
Loaded the "API Tokens" page in "My Account" and checked to make sure we were
no longer loading anything from cdnjs.cloudflare.com
