This change includes several updates to the "Dashboard" page in the user

manual:

Corrected the label of "My Dashboard"
Added a note about incoming groups in the description of each item in the

  sidebar.
Changed the columns from a bunch of second-level headers to a table. This

  is much easier to read through and navigate, and doesn't pollute the TOC

  with a huge list of one-sentence sections.
The columns screenshot has been updated for the new look.
Added a section listing out the bulk actions.

Built the user manual and looked at the output.
