Plain CSS is sad. LESS is better.
As part of this, I've moved styles out of the individual web component

templates and into the main style file with liberal use of the ::shadow

pseudo-element and the /deep/ combinator.

Verified that everything still looked the same.
Did a build and checked resulting files.
