Line numbers in comment fragments had the pointer cursor, indicating the
numbers were clickable. This led some people to try to click them, which
of course did nothing. We now reset back to the standard cursor here.

Moved my mouse over these lines. Saw that they weren't appearing as

clickable.
Checked that line numbers in the diff viewer still appear clickable.
