Description

My recent fix to prevent fetching commit and revision history twice
resulted in a breakage to rbt land, which wasn't updated for the new
parameters. This broke landing local branches.

This change fixes the arguments to allow landing to work correctly
again.

Testing Done

Landed a change successfully.
