Bump the added_in/deprecated_in versions for the new text_type fields.

We initially were going to release the new Markdown changes in 2.0.9,
but had to put some releases out since. This is all now scheduled for
2.0.12, so bump those versions to reflect that.
Saw the versions in the generated docs.
