Show added_in/deprecated_in/removed_in for fields in the API docs.

We've been tagging fields with added_in/deprecated_in (and may soon use
removed_in) in the API field lists, but we haven't shown these in the
docs. These are now displayed along with the field description.
Built the docs and saw the version info shown for the fields.
