This change moves the Admin dashboard and settings pages, and the New Review Request page to jQuery. These are pretty independent and should work without the rest of the codebase moving over to jQuery.

The New Review Request and Settings pages are now a lot more flexible, as they don't have to be modified when new fields are added.

Used these pages without issues. Everything worked as expected.
