What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Document says use: rbt post src/foo.c data/bar.png to submit selective files for review
2. When you use the above command with your relevant files, you will get a message saying:
"... does not appear to be a valid revision or changelist name"
3. BUG: Document is missing mentioning the "I" switch for the rbt post command for selecting individual files
