Early implementation for generating code links when right-clicking the code line.

At the moment when you right-click code line, you get an alert which presents the straight link 

to that spesific code line. The link only works (user sees the spesific line straight a way) if there is already an comment on that line. 

Testing done on my local dev server, I get the alert with a link to the code line, when I right-click a code line number.
